How long will processing and delivery take?

All items are ready-to-ship and will be processed within 2-3 days.

We ship USPS for all orders. Shipping time for domestic addresses will be anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on your location. International shipping time varies and may take several weeks.

Where does Hat and Mouse ship to?

We currently ship to the US, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Shipping rates to Canada start at $18.00. Shipping to U.K. and Australia starts at $24.00. Typically, up to two hats can be shipped at the starting rate depending on their total weight. Hat and Mouse is not responsible for any custom fees or taxes incurred due to international import tax laws.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your Hat and Mouse purchase! In general we do not accept returns, but if something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt.

Do you take custom orders?

Hat and Mouse is not taking custom orders at this time.

You used to sell something on Etsy and I don't see it anywhere. Can I still order it?

Hat and Mouse has transitioned from a made-to-order shop on etsy to a ready-to-ship shop based on themed collections. Orders on etsy often took up to six weeks to fulfill, but now take just a few days. Because of this most of the designs we carried on etsy are not readily available, however we may re-release some of them as part of collections in the future.
